Delivery times will vary depending on payment clearance and product availability. See terms and conditions for more info. 

 

 

Deliveries to the UK

 

Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service.

 

All orders under £75 incur a flat charge of £4.99. Orders over £75 are FREE! 

 

Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with options for collection or redelivery. 

 

 

Deliveries to Europe

 

All orders are automatically shipped using Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service. All orders will incur a flat charge of £10.00. 

 

If you would rather use another courier company, shipping will be charged at cost- just email me before placing your order so I can generate a quote.

 

 

Deliveries to all other locations 

 

I use an insured courier service, that aims to deliver the items in one to three days depending on where in the world the item is

being sent to.

 

All items delivered outside of Europe and the UK will be charged a flat rate of £20.00.

 

International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Serra Malta Designs cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

 

 

Packaging

 

Depedent on the piece, your jewellery will be gift wrapped in a black drawstring bag, or in a black branded box all ready for your enjoyment, or to give as a gift. 

 

 

Returns

 

Due to the fact that all items are handmade, the pieces may vary slightly from any photographs or items in stock. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or you feel it is not in keeping with your request I would be happy to exchange it for you. You must notify me within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Please note that we cannot accept returns on any personalised or bespoke orders.
