Payment

Orders placed through this website are paid through Stripe with a credit or debit card. You do not need a Stripe account to buy something through this website, and you can learn more about Stripe and their impeccable security here.

I also accept online bank transfers. Please contact me if you would like to pay by this method.

Production Time

I hold a very small amount of stock, and most pieces are made to order. Depending on the piece, creating your jewellery can take between 1 and 6 weeks. However, if you have a tight deadline, please contact me as your deadline may be achievable.

Custom Jewellery & Sizing

All custom pieces are hand made to order. If you have any queries about how the final result will look, I can email you details before I start making.

If you are purchasing a ring or bracelet, it's always best to get the sizing right first time if possible. If you don't your ring size, you can go to any high street jeweller and get your finger measured. If, upon receipt of your purchase the sizing is not right, there will be a fee of £20 to re-size your ring.

Payment Terms

For bespoke orders I require a 50% deposit in order to confirm your order and cannot not start work until this has been received. We will then request the balance to be paid in full before shipping. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Goods remain the property of Serra Malta Design until paid for in full.
